This fatwa responds to a question about the responsibility of parents when enrolling their children in foreign schools that could negatively influence their beliefs. It is stressed that protecting the religion and Islamic education of children is one of the most important duties of parents, especially the father, as the legal guardian and primary responsible for educating his children.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>However, this fatwa is not limited to the parents alone, but extends to the role of administrative authorities and civil society. In addition to the responsibility of parents, it is incumbent on the government and educational authorities to ensure that educational environments respect and support the religious values and cultural identity of future generations. Similarly, civil society and concerned organizations must work together to ensure that schools do not become breeding grounds for ideas that could undermine the foundations of the community or create ideologically confused generations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Moreover, it is impossible to overlook the negative effects that may result from a lack of oversight in schools. In a context of major social challenges, such as the spread of drugs, violence, and theft in some schools, the urgency of protecting children from harmful influences has never been more critical. These issues can create a fertile ground for the degradation of morals and values, jeopardizing children&#8217;s futures and contributing to social problems that threaten the stability of society as a whole.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Therefore, it is imperative to act urgently and strengthen the cooperation between families, educational authorities, and civil society to confront these challenges.
